6105/6106 B/G Laser Light Source Status Error:
Output of Blue or Green gun is weak. Laser Diode deteriorated. Type B laser guns have reached maximum electric current allowed and even tough the output is not enough. Type A guns have exceeded programmable maximum of electric current allowed and altough there is extra 100-150 mA where laser Driver could try to tune the gun, error has been generated.

If one of these errors come with a banch of other errors like bad ARCNET communication or referred to malfunction in any of electronic devices (such as 6087 Laser Control PCB System Error) you do not have to concern about the problem in Laser Unit. But in case if there is no other errors except 6105 (Blue) or 6106 (Green) and probably 6073 Synchronouos Sensor Error - be sure Blue either Green gun went bad. You can perform Autotuning (QSS30-31 Type A) either click Laser Reset button (QSS32-37 Type A1 and Ff) and then probably have repair a bit postponed.

This error may come first once in the morning, then appears in a Month or so. You may clear error and print. Then it pops up more often, not only during morning's warm-up but also when you resume printing after no activity. You are still able to clear error temporarily and production is running yet but once you might get this error permanent. This typical scenario indicates that laser diode is deteriorated, the current was growing slowly, sometime jumping and since Laser Driver PCB is no longer able to operate gun below the specific limit, error will never disappear.
Additional information about this error in QSS32-35 series can be found here.
6074/6075 B/G Laser Control Error:
These errors related to types A, A1 (Blue and Green) and Ff (Blue only). In most cases Laser unit needs attention, but also the problem could be hidden in Laser Power Supply, Laser Control PCB or Laser Driver PCB's. There are subcodes from 0006 to 0011, different combinations of laser driver status and wrong output of the laser gun are described. No needed to check AOM Drivers. Also could be software problem when on-board EEPROM of the laser gun is corrupt. Autotuning (QSS30-31 Type A) or Laser Reset button (QSS32-37 Type A1 and Ff) might help in some cases.
6111 Auto Tuning Error:
This critical error appears only if Types A, A1 or Ff laser installed. Although it is more or less indicate that B or G laser gun is bad, we still have a chance to get minilab into work. First try to execute Autotuning again from the Service Menu (QSS30-31 TypeA), or press Laser Reset button (QSS32-35 Type A1, Ff). QSS30-31 are eligible for one more trick: disconnect connector CN2 on the Laser Driver PCB J390656 and execute Autotuning with this connector disconnected. Then put it back and execute Autotuning once again. If still not work the last is to check critical electronics: Laser Power Supply, Laser Control PCB and Laser Driver PCB.
Even at this point Laser gun might be working, but unfortunately it appeared EEPROM to be already updated, the error code stored "on-board" and laser Driver PCB may refuse to "nurse" such gun. EEPROM re-programming is required which means you have to send your laser unit to repair.
6179 B/G Laser Output Unit Error:
This one is more likely comes when you assemble QSS32/33 minilab using parts from the other similar minilabs. The reason is Laser Control PCB, B/G Laser Driver PCBs, B/G Laser guns and/or System software version don't match each other. Also possible to have a trouble in one of the electronic device around Laser Unit including power supplies.
Refer Service Manual for more specific information about these errors.
