How to ship
We accept only complete Noritsu Laser units, all types. Previously unopened factory sealed units will be served in priority mode. We leave a right to reject previously heavily intervented units and return them back 'As Was'. Laser units must be clean. Please delete dust with brush and vacuum cleaner from all the sides including bottom and from all wires and connectors. Do not ship AOM drivers, boards, additional wires, plates etc. unless we asked about.
Download, print and fill out Shipping and Handling Form. This document must be sent with every broken laser unit to help us to provide fast and reliable customer service.
Strong and safe package:
The best way to pack is to use the original box with apporopriate spacers, like on the pictures below:

We understand that in most cases original box is not available. But anyway good packaging is very important for high-value equipment. Very important step is to pack cables and connectors carefully to prevent wires and connectors from cutting and crushing. We suggest then to use double box: put bubble wrapped Laser unit into smaller internal box, then add new layer of bubble wrap (or peanuts) and put it into bigger outer box. This would be safe. Otherwise you have a risc to get a serious problem.
The state of Art packaging I ever received from the customer. Just few inches more than dimensions of QSS32 series Laser unit, but very reliable:
Please do not use polyfoam while packaging. Here is an example to show you how it works when polyfoam has been used instead of buble wrap:

Please also note that we do only repairs of existing customer's units and do not support repair exchange program. In addition, we do not have any mirrors, lenses, polygons and other rare parts in stock. Be sure your units are complete and packed good enough to avoid damages during shipment.
