Laser Temperatures are being adjusted:
This is not an error. It is normal that this message is running for about 3 min 30 sec for QSS30-31 and QSS32-33 Type B or up to 8 minutes for QSS32-35 Types A and FF. During that time Green and Blue laser guns must reach stable working parameters according their presets and report to drivers optimal output and stability. If something went wrong and the gun is failed to produce expected power and therefore electric current is too high, Type B laser drivers simply generate 6105/6106 Laser Light Source status Error, while Type A drivers (and Blue from type FF) will automatically start Autotuning procedure. Please be patient while driver runs this calibration, it takes sometime up to 30-45 minutes. You will have a working machine after that, or 6074/6075 Laser Control Error - and this will be a swan song of the laser unit. Laser repair is required.
If this message never goes away, probably it is because laser unit or related PCBs were improperly installed recently. Some of wire connectors were disregarded or damaged. Also possible that main QSS software is not running properly on PC. Note this process will end in any case if everything done right. You might have this message right away laser related errors got cleared, because main software resets laser drivers. However this status may also sporadically interrupt normal working process. If so you have to concern about maintenance, power stability and ground wire.

Laser Temperature Management:
There are four connectors for Laser Temperature management. Two for RED and two for deck. Each pair consists from one thermosensor (up to 10 KOm depending of ambient temperature) and heaters (15 Ohm on the bottom of laser unit, ~0,3 Ohm for RED laser). You must check those yourself with multimeter. Restore connections if open circuit will be found. If everything looks good but still giving error, you might need to clean both fans under the laser unit or check room temperature. Next is Laser Control PCB to check and/or Laser I/O PCB. Usually no Laser repair required.
6107 Red Laser Temperature is out of range:
Red Laser temperature must be +28 +/-0,3C. However critical is +31C and above (6107-0001) or +25C and below (6107-0002). In first case, check and clean both fans under the laser unit to restore good cooling capacity, in second - check hardware, might be bad contact, open circuit or bad fuse in power supply... Then if still unsuccessful, problem may be hidden in Laser Control PCB, Laser I/O PCB or even in laser unit, because Red temperature management is internal feature of the Red gun.
